Fair terms, written to be read.
Effective August 20, 2026
Aurben builds and runs Jessica, an AI receptionist, on a waste business's phone line. Price and scope live in the order we agree together on the first call; these terms cover everything else: what you own (your data, all of it), what we own (the platform), and the honest limits of an AI on the phone.
Agreeing to these terms
Using aurben.co, requesting a demo, or putting Jessica on your line means you accept these terms. If you are accepting for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. If anything here does not sit right, write to team@aurben.co before you sign up, and a founder reads every message.
The service
Aurben provides an AI voice layer for waste-management businesses: Jessica answers calls on the number the business already advertises, quotes from the rate card the business approves, books orders, sends texts, and reports every call with a recording and transcript. We build her for each yard and operate her as a service, so there is nothing for the client to install or maintain.
The demo call, dashboard and numbers shown on aurben.co are illustrative, marked as such, and are not a promise of any particular call volume, booking rate or revenue.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account, and the information you give us about your business has to be accurate, because Jessica quotes what you tell her to quote.
Your line, your rules
Clients approve the rate card, service area, debris rules and anything else Jessica relies on, and keep them current. You authorize us to answer and place calls and to send texts on your behalf. We monitor her calls and fix issues fast; you see every transcript, so nothing is ever hidden from you.
Calls, recording and compliance
Calls Jessica handles are recorded and transcribed as part of the service. Each of us complies with the laws that apply to us, including call-recording and telemarketing rules; clients are responsible for any notices or consents their own jurisdiction requires them to give their callers, and we help set those up correctly.
Fees
Pricing is agreed on the first call and set out in your order, along with billing cadence. Fees are exclusive of taxes. If she is not earning her keep, that is ours to fix. Tell us, and we will.
Who owns what
You own your data. The recordings, transcripts, orders, leads and customer details from your line are yours, and you can take them with you if you leave. We own the platform: the software, models, prompts, designs and everything else that makes Jessica work. You give us the limited license needed to process your data to run the service, and nothing more.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service or this website for anything unlawful, to send spam, to harass anyone, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to misrepresent who you are. We can suspend service to stop abuse, and will tell you why.
Honest limits
Jessica is an AI. She is very good, she only quotes from your approved rate card, and anything she cannot handle goes to a human with the details captured. But like any dispatcher, human or not, she is not infallible, and phone networks and third-party providers can fail. The service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond what these terms state, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular business outcome.
Liability
Neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Leaving
Either side can end service as set out in the order. On termination we hand over your data in a usable format and then delete our copies on request, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the law of the United States and the state where Aurben is organized. If a dispute comes up, we talk first, because a real conversation resolves most things a courtroom never will. If these terms change materially, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and flag the change.
